Rita Odom, CFO/Founder/Sole Owner
Mrs. Odom joined RK Fabricating, Inc. in 2Q 1997 and possesses over 13-years of experience in the steel fabricating industry. She began her career with RK Fabricating where her responsibilities included office administration, accounting, project management, sales and estimating. In 2000, she was promoted to Custom Forming Sales Specialist where she was responsible for all aspects of this area (sales, estimating and project management). Currently, Mrs. Odom is using her experience and trade knowledge as CFO of Easy Street Rides and Rods as well as Odom Industries, Inc. In order to be successful in her multiple roles she relies on her extensive knowledge of business to manage cash flow, develop personnel, implement cost saving systems, oversee the management of vendors and create trade partnerships. Mrs. Odom has been an avid car collector for 6-years. Her collection is centered on several rare and award winning domestic and foreign sports cars.

Tim Odom, CEO/COO
Mr. Odom founded Odom Industries, Inc. in June 2001, just three months prior to the September 11 tragedy that struck the U.S. and nearly toppled its economy. Previously, he was GM of RK Fabricating for four years and VP Sales for J-Weld, Inc. for one year. He brings to the table 17 years of large-scale custom manufacturing experience including 9-years of entrepreneurial financial and operational experience to Easy Street Rides and Rods. He has been instrumental in implementing permanent changes to operating procedures that have had significant positive impact on the profits of these companies. Since its inception, Mr. Odom has led Odom Industries on a tremendous growth curve culminating in the Company receiving the Cincinnati Chamber of Commerce, 2007 Manufacturing Excellence Award. Mr. Odom has been an avid car collector since high school. He owns several nationally recognized customized Muscle Cars.

Chuck Baker, Sales Manager
Chuck Baker, Sales Manager joined Easy Street and assisted Mrs. Odom in starting up the company with his outstanding knowledge of all the facets of the automobile industry. He brings 20-years experience in vehicle sales from where he started his career in northern-Kentucky at Tom Gill Chevrolet (formerly Suburban Chevrolet).

Bob Odom, General Manager
Bob Odom, General Manager and Quality Control Manager, started with the Company from its beginning and brings over 40-years’ experience in drag racing, auto/truck repair and finishing/detailing. As a NHRA member, he has built and raced dozens of championship cars and owns the distinction of building a NHRA 1975 record holding B/G drag car. He is an expert in 1950’s era automobiles and trucks and has built collected and sold millions of dollars’ worth of vehicles throughout his career.

Mike Craner, Chief Builder
Mike Craner, Chief Builder, started building for Easy Street from its beginning. He has 30-years’ experience in building award-winning custom cars. He is an expert fabricator, machinist, and painter. He is well-known in the industry at the national level as a Grand National Roadster show, Roy Brizio Hot Rod award and 2x Shades of the Past Hot Rod Show Top 25 Winner. Mike built 4-cars for Easy Street that debuted in January at the famous Cincinnati Cavalcade of Customs. All four cars were award winners with two 2nd place finishers.

Steve Smith, West Coast Buyer/GM Muscle Car Specialist
Steve Smith, West Coast Buyer, began working with the Company in the fall of 2009. A resident of Phoenix, AZ, he has 30-years experience buying and selling vintage Western cars. He is nationally recognized as an expert in 1958-1964 Impalas and the GM 409 engine. His personal collection of classic automobiles includes 40-cars worth approximately $5.5-million.

Frank Butler, Buyer/Specialist of Ford Motor Company Vehicles
Frank Butler, Buyer of Ford Motor Company Vehicles, joined the Company November of 2009. He brings 32-years experience as a nationally renowned collector of Ford Motor Company Cars. Ford Motor Company and every major Collector Car media source recognize Frank as an expert in Vintage cars manufactured by the Ford Motor Company, especially Ford Muscle Cars. His personal collection currently consists of 6-vehicles with a value in excess of $2.2-million. His cars have won Best in Show in nearly every major Car Show and Concourse d’Elegance contest held east of the Mississippi River.

Lary Rhoads, Office Manager
Lary Rhoads joined us at Easy Street in August 2011. He is our office manager, book keeper, HR rep, as well as our financial records keeper. He has 25 years’ experience in office management and is a wiz when it comes to computer software. His favorite car is the newly designed Nissan 370z.

Joe Hockstok, Serves as IT Administrator and brings a wealth of technical support to Easy Street, Joe also has experience in web site design, building and management.

Greg Nolan, Custom Sales Specialist
Greg Nolan is our newly found Classic Custom car specialist. He has 30 years’ experience in the automotive industry and has been with us here at Easy Street since August of 2011. Chris Samples, Domestic Automotive Sales Specialist
Chris Samples, our Domestic Automotive Specialist, began with Easy Street in July of 2011. Previously Chris worked for Modular Depot for 3 years. He has a combined 18 years’ experience in the automotive industry. Chris’ favorite car was his 2004 Mustang Cobra.

Adam Maurer, Tuner, Expert Technician
Adam joined the Easy Street team in February of 2012. With his 10+ years experience in the automotive industy, he brings many expertise with him. Adam is know for his late model Ford work, as well as stand alone engine management systems. His ablilites is single and multi carb set ups will add even more depth to our team's knowledge. He is an exceptional welder and fabricator, and is currently building his own outlaw limited street car.

Paul Hughes, Wiring and Assembly Specialist
Paul Hughes joined Easy Street after leaving Kerry Dodge. Paul has many Chrysler certifications and is an excellent fabricator with 26 years’ experience. Paul is counted on by his customers for his ability to perform on late model cars. Paul also owns a 1969 Barracuda Fastback that he works on more and more every day. Paul loves his off-road vehicles and takes them out every time he gets the chance. His favorite car is our own 1969 Chevy Camaro that he spent countless hours on in the building process.

Dave Hughart, Fabrication and Paint Specialist
Dave Hughart, fabrication, chassis, and electrical specialist, started with Easy Street in October of 2010. Dave has 35 years’ experience in the Hot Rod industry. He is a pristine fabricator and electrical specialist for us here at Easy Street. Dave is a muscle car guy who recently sparked an interest in street rods. He has built his own motors for his drag racers. His favorite car he has worked on in the past is a 1967 Hemi Belvedere. Also Dave drives his 1947 Chevy Sedan Fleetmaster to and from work every day.

Adam Trauth, Fabrication, Assembly, and Welding Specialist
Adam Trauth joined the Easy Street team in June of 2011. He has 17 years’ experience being a fabricator, welder and assembly specialist. Adam worked for Modular Depot for two years before joining us here. His favorite car he has helped build was a 1963 Chevy Corvette NHRA Pro Mod. Adam is a late 1960s muscle car guy with a special interest in the latest LS motors. His favorite car is his own Supercharged Dragster.

Dave Potts, Fabrication and Painting Specialist
Dave Potts is our newly found paint and body specialist. He has 30+ years’ experience spawning from his own Hot Rod shop in England. Dave has been with us since December of 2011. He has won many awards including; Shades of the Past Top 25 Winner in 2011 as well as many cars build for SEMA. Also Dave has been featured in many car Magazines in England for his outstanding work.
